We started in Orangi Town with a small team of karigars and a simple idea: make shoes that sell easily, last long and keep the customer coming back. Today we run our own production line and supply retailers and wholesalers in Karachi and across the country.

Stage 1 of 6: Design and sampling

Design and sampling
We sketch the article, select materials and make a sample pair. For custom orders, you approve the sample before production starts.

Cutting
Upper material, lining and foam are cut with dies so every pair in the batch has the same shape and size.

Stitching the upper
Our karigars stitch the panels, eyelets and logo patches, with double stitching where the shoe bends the most.

Lasting and sole pressing
The upper is pulled over the last, then bonded to the sole under pressure for a firm grip that doesn’t lift.

Quality check
Each pair is checked for glue marks, stitching, sizing and left right matching. Anything off goes back to the line.

Packing and dispatch
Pairs are tagged, boxed and packed in cartons by size ratio, then sent by cargo or courier to your city.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Most articles start from 24 pairs per design, packed in a mixed size ratio. Private label orders start from 300 pairs per design.
Do you deliver outside Karachi?
Yes. We dispatch all over Pakistan through cargo and courier partners. Freight charges are shared with your quote so there are no surprises.
Can you make shoes under our own brand name?
Yes. We add your logo on the insole, tongue, outsole and box, and can print hang tags and carry bags too.
Can I get samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Sample pairs are available at a small cost, which we adjust in your first bulk order.
How long does production take?
Ready stock articles ship in 2 to 4 days. New production and private label orders usually take 3 to 5 weeks depending on quantity.
What payment terms do you offer?
New orders need an advance with the balance before dispatch. Regular dealers can discuss terms with our sales team.
